About Me

Hey there! I’m Kshitiz Sinha — currently diving deep into the world of software and platform engineering at Thoucentric. By day, I’m wrangling MLOps pipelines and backend systems for the world’s largest tobacco manufacturer. By night (and honestly, sometimes weekends), I’m building AI agents for fun, teaching myself Japanese, and optimizing my self-built home server to keep cloud costs low while still flexing over 90% availability. Gaming is my escape pod — from slicing through feudal Japan in Ghost of Tsushima to casting spells in Hogwarts Legacy, swinging through New York as Miles Morales, or exploring Teyvat in Genshin Impact. And when I’m really feeling chaotic? I boot up Valorant… and say goodbye to my sanity for the day. 😄

  • Reduced cloud costs by 30% by developing a Cloud Management Tool that automated node lifecycle management, enabled developers to take ownership of their services, and implemented load detection with automated reminders for unused or idle services.
  • Received recognition from the Vice President of a leading FMCG tobacco client for building a robust, on-demand pod and node creation system capable of handling multiple forecast scenarios in parallel — significantly accelerating sales and consulting workflows.
  • Led the deployment of the company's largest HR service, 'Neon', and integrated a Microsoft Teams AI bot (based on GPT-3.5 Turbo) to handle employee HR-related queries. This initiative streamlined HR and IT operations and earned praise from the Head of HR, CEO, and CTO.

VMC Agra

  • Developed a fee payment reminder system for both students and management, which led to a 70% improvement in timely payments and a 9% increase in profits for the institution.
  • Built a cost-to-profit forecasting tool that empowered the management team to make better financial decisions — personally commended by the Branch Head for its impact.

NIIT University

  • Designed and implemented a multi-role Gatepass Management System (students, wardens, admins, super admins) that improved visibility into student movement.
